Company History

The company has been operation since 1993. when our present Managing Director John Forbes acquired the Gestetner franchise rights, in the Border and Transkei regions with offices in East London and Mthatha. At the time the combined branches boasted twelve employees.

In the latter part of 1996, in order to keep our company in line with worldwide demand for the latest office machines, we branched out further into the exciting and innovative area of digital equipment. Due to the growing amount of satisfied customers within these areas, we made the decision to expand further. Therefore, in 1997 we decided to purchase the franchise rights for the Old Eastern Province through our sister company Omni Technologies (Pty) Ltd, dealing predominantly in photocopiers and facsimile machines. As of 1 September 2010, N R G Office Solutions (Pty) Ltd and its sister company Omni Technologies (Pty) Ltd operating from Port Elizabeth, both joined forces with Kyocera Mita South Africa as the Premier supplier of Kyocera's award winning copiers, printers and multi-functional products in the Eastern Cape. This makes us effectively the largest supplier of Kyocera products in the Eastern Capet through our branches in Port Elizabeth, East London, Queenstown, Mthatha and Aliwal North.

The company employs in excess of 60 people ranging from administration personnel to highly qualified service engineers and business solutions consultants.
